Kenner, LA. - A man responsible for a string of copper thefts that occurred in the City of Kenner, between February 2, 2009 thru March 30, 2009 has been identified and arrested.  Johnny Paul Bordelon, 38, who provided the home address of 825 Lincoln Avenue, Harahan, was arrested today (Friday, April 9, 2009) and charged with 5-counts of simple burglary.

The burglaries occurred at the business of Ugulano Plumbing, located at 306 Alliance Street, in Kenner.  Bordelon told Detective Herbert Hille he committed the burglaries because he needed money and had a narcotics addiction.
