Becomes Kenner's 7th Homicide for 2009

Kenner, La. - On Saturday, June 13, 2009, at 9:16 p.m., Kenner Police Officers responded to a call of multiple gunshots in the 2700 Piedmont Street. Officers arrived on scene and found Elton Jackson, age 22, of Kenner, shot multiple times. Elton Jackson was transported to University Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, and taken into surgery.
